2024 ILMEA Commercial music Fest

Modern Band

• Rock band, modern band, R&B ensemble, or hip hop groups perform for clinicians and other student groups.

• Receive written and recorded comments and a clinic after the performance.

• A performance from Columbia College’s Bread On Fork at 11:25am + Chicago Based Pro Group Chocolate In Your Pocket at the end of the end of the day.

• Jam rooms for students from other bands to collaborate with each other.

• Open mic jam room in the cafeteria/common area.

• Clinicians: Steve Holley Anthony Bruno, Typhanie Coller

Music Production

• Students are put into like minded cohorts.

• Cohorts produce and record a track all day and share the track at the production showcase.
