2.3 What You’re gunna do
The harmonic rhythm is how fast chords change and go to another chord. If you played a C major chord for two measures and then switched to a G major chord for two measures, then the harmonic rhythm would be two measures.
There are two parts of the song: the verse and the chorus. Only the words change between verses, and the chords stay the same. However, every chorus is exactly the same. They have the same words and the same chords.

technique
Technique is how you hold the instrument, how you use your fretting hand, and how you use your picking hand to play. Proper technique consists of four things: thumb on the back of the neck, curled fingers, only use tips of fingers, and hover fingers over the fretboard when they aren't being used.

Grading
Note accuracy. Place the correct finger for each note on the correct string and fret.
Technique. Place your thumb on the back of the neck. Curl your fingers when they play a note. For the fingers you are not yet using, hover them over the fret board. And only use the tips of the fingers.
Time. Only play the harmonic rhythm. In other words, play just once per chord and hold it out until the next chord. (If you need to, lift your fingers early to set them up for the next chord, but try your best to do that as little as possible.)
